General Information
At the time of purchase, please ensure that you provide the correct postal address. We do not take responsibility for lost or misplaced orders due to incorrect address information being provided at the time of purchase.
Please allow us 48 hours to pack and send out your order (excluding weekends and Australian public holidays). You will receive a tracking number once your parcel has been shipped.
Standard Shipping in Australia
We've partnered with MailPlus and Auspost to offer FREE SHIPPING for orders above $40 (or $6.90 for orders below $40). Delivery usually takes 3-7 business days once the order has been dispatched.
Express Shipping in Australia
Express shipping costs $9.90 and will be delivered in 1-3 business days once the order as been dispatched.
PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers
All standard and express orders within Australia can be delivered to a PO box or Parcel Locker.
International Shipping
We're partnered with Auspost to offer flat rates for orders up to 500g depending on the shipping location. Please note, orders over 500g will incur higher shipping costs.
- New Zealand: $9.50 AUD and delivery in 8-12 business days
- Asia Pacific: $14.50 AUD and delivery in 6-18 business days
- North America (USA and Canada): $16.50 AUD and delivery in 6-10 business days
- Europe (including the UK): $21.50 AUD and delivery in 6-20 business days
- Oceania: $14.50 AUD and delivery in 6-18 business days
- All other countries: $23.50 and delivery in 8-20 business days
Notes
- Deliveries to countries outside of Australia may incur customs or import taxes. These charges are not built into the product prices so they are your responsibility.
- We currently do not ship to Mexico, Portugal, Guatemala, South Africa, North Korea, Iran, Syria, Yemen and Afghanistan due to unreliable postal services.
- Due to COVID-19 and other delays, please allow for extended shipping timeframes for international orders.
